0 stars if I could. Only a couple good, cool staff members. Took my daughters here for one of their birthdays and was racially profiled after a (white) member wouldn’t let my daughter go down the slide when a previous member did several times. This was right before she let a girl of different ethnicity slide that was way shorter than my daughter. When concern was expressed, they did nothing about it. They wouldn’t even let my babies have their goggles with the nose cover. Weak water park anyway. πŸ‘Ž Boring.

I had alkalized water from a $5000 machine in my reusable water bottles and they wanted me to dump out my water and refill it inside. I said absolutely not not to mention that I’m going through cancer treatment treatments then they asked for my private medical information which is a complete violation of HIPAA then they proceeded to ask me if I had any proof of what I was stating and I said yes, but it’s at home. I don’t get asked to furnish proof. Then my six-year-old child who does not reach 48 inches was targeted on the slides and was denied access while another young girl who was CLEARLY under 48 inches as well had just gotten off the slide. AND OF COURSE, WHEN I POINTED HER OUT, SHE DID NOT ATTEMPT TO GET BACK ON THE SLIDES SO WE COULDN’T COMPARE. This is the reason I will not be back and I do not recommend this place. Not to mention that there’s a lot of smell of urine everywhere. SING YOURSELF THE TROUBLE GO TO TURTLE SPLASH THEY HAVE PLENTY OF RIDES FOR ALL THE KIDS MINIMUM REQUIREMENT IS 40 INCHES AND IT’S THE SAME EXACT SLIDES IF NOT BIGGER AND BETTER AND TALLER.

unprofessional, extremely late notice on weather circumstances. Not even 10 minutes into them being open they say β€œwe are unfortunately closed until 3pm for weather” I understand weather happens but the way they made people get there hopes up to swim and give us late notice was extremely bogus and annoying

You can’t bring your own water in, they have a water station with cobwebs all over where the water comes out. Place is dirty, bandaids everywhere. Plastic trash floating in baby pool.

The places is great and everything is nice and the only reason I put it 2 star is because the manager send my kid to go put something under the water when that’s her job to do it he could’ve drowned
